Shipping Policy
All orders placed through our rip-and-ship streams or website are processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is completed and paid for.

Orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping times may vary once the package is in the carrier’s possession. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping issues once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
Rip & Ship Disclaimer
By participating in a rip-and-ship stream, you acknowledge that:

All packs, boxes, and products are opened live on stream.

Once a product is opened, it is considered used and final sale, regardless of pull results.

Hits, pulls, or lack thereof are based on chance and odds determined by the manufacturer.
No Returns / No Refunds Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with pulls or pack results

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Product value or market fluctuations
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the rare event of:

An order not being shipped due to a seller error

An item being missing due to a verified packing mistake
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
